Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. By placing an order or uploading a file, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@2zin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• We print on-demand — products are manufactured after you order.
• You represent that you own or have full rights to any 3D files you upload.
• Uploaded files must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our Prohibited Uses policy.
• Custom prints are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. You agree to pay all charges at prices in effect when incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping. Prices may change at any time; changes will not affect already-placed orders.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Delivery times and costs vary by location and selected method. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.

Standard products: 30-day return window (unused, original condition). Custom prints: no returns unless a manufacturing defect exists, in which case we will reprint at no charge. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You agree NOT to use 2ZIN to:

• Print weapons, weapon components, or items intended to cause harm.
• Produce counterfeit goods or infringe trademarks or copyrights.
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Engage in activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
• Harass, defame, or harm any person or entity.

All 2ZIN content — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of VAU0 LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded 3D files. By uploading, you grant VAU0 LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your files solely to fulfill your order.

2ZIN provides services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAU0 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAU0 LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

When purchasing through Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or Walmart listings, you are also subject to those platforms' terms. Marketplace-specific dispute resolution may apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
