Terms of Service

By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, uploading a file, or requesting manufacturing, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.

2ZIN is operated by VAU0 LLC under the trade name 2ZIN.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. We may reject, cancel, or refund an order for legitimate reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable material, production problems, shipping restrictions, prohibited content, or inability to fulfill the requested specifications.

Many products are manufactured after an order is placed. Production schedules are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Small variations in layer appearance, surface texture, seam location, color tone, support marks, and similar cosmetic details can occur in additive manufacturing.

2ZIN does not undertake a comprehensive copyright, trademark, patent, design-right, authorship, or license investigation for every private customer-supplied file before manufacturing.

This does not mean we will knowingly manufacture unlawful or infringing material. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate a job where we receive a credible complaint or otherwise determine that production creates unacceptable legal or safety risk.

If you believe content or a listing violates your rights, use our Contact page or the procedure described in our DMCA / IP Policy.

A supported complaint may result in temporary restriction, removal, cancellation, or other appropriate action while the issue is evaluated.

Printing a customer's geometry does not constitute engineering review, professional certification, laboratory testing, regulatory approval, or confirmation that the part is suitable for a safety-critical purpose.

We may refuse projects that are unlawful, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, technically unsuitable, prohibited by a carrier/payment provider/marketplace, or otherwise outside our permitted business activities.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change before an order is accepted. Obvious pricing or software errors may be corrected by cancelling/refunding an affected order or contacting the customer.

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout using Stripe Tax. The calculation may consider the delivery address, product taxability, discounts, shipping treatment, local rates, and jurisdictions where 2ZIN is registered or otherwise required to collect tax.

If checkout does not collect tax for a jurisdiction, that does not necessarily eliminate a purchaser's use-tax, self-assessment, or reporting obligation under local law.

Website payments are currently processed through Stripe infrastructure and whatever payment methods are actually presented during checkout.

Shipping rates may be requested through EasyPost from carrier services including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard and custom products have different return eligibility. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products may also be offered through third-party marketplaces or commerce channels such as Etsy or eBay.

A transaction made through a marketplace is also subject to that marketplace's applicable terms, seller policies, payment rules, return procedures, content rules, and buyer-protection requirements.

2ZIN may publish product information to commerce or advertising channels such as Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping and Meta. Product-feed availability does not imply that Google, Meta, or another platform endorses 2ZIN or its products.

Zara is an AI assistant running through 2ZIN's VibeCode integration using the Luna model and configured with 2ZIN-specific context.

AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Unless separately confirmed through an authorized 2ZIN process, an AI response does not approve a refund, modify an order, waive a policy, guarantee a delivery date, create engineering approval, provide legal or tax advice, or form a binding commitment by VAU0 LLC.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials. Notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

The 2ZIN website, brand, original text, software, graphics, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You grant 2ZIN a limited license to copy, convert, process, inspect, and technically modify customer files only as reasonably necessary to quote, manufacture, fulfill, support, troubleshoot, or document the requested service.

Stripe, EasyPost, USPS, UPS, FedEx, VibeCode, AI infrastructure, Etsy, eBay, Google, Meta, hosting providers, and other providers are independent third parties. Their availability and conduct are not completely controlled by 2ZIN.

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2ZIN and VAU0 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the service, carrier delays, third-party outages, customer-supplied design defects, or unauthorized customer content.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VAU0 LLC against third-party claims resulting from unlawful customer-supplied content, infringement by files you supplied, fraudulent use, or material breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, carrier disruption, cyber incidents, government action, supply shortages, disasters, or labor interruptions.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where legally applicable, Florida law. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

We may update these Terms as our services, providers, integrations, or legal obligations change.
