No automatic $50 free-shipping rule
1. Production Time vs. Transit Time
2ZIN manufactures many products on demand. Production time is separate from the time the carrier needs to transport the package.
Processing depends on product type, material, quantity, printer capacity, finishing requirements, quality control, and custom specifications.
2. How Shipping Rates Are Calculated
Shipping is calculated dynamically using shipment information such as destination, package weight, package dimensions, carrier availability, service level, and carrier pricing.
3. EasyPost
2ZIN uses EasyPost as shipping technology for carrier rates, shipment creation, purchase of selected postage, label creation, and tracking information.
EasyPost is not normally the company physically driving or delivering the package.
4. Carriers
Physical delivery may be performed by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another supported carrier when offered for the shipment.
Not every service is available for every package, ZIP code, address type, weight, or destination.
5. Shipping Labels
When an order is ready for fulfillment, our system may create a shipment through EasyPost, select/purchase the appropriate carrier rate, receive the carrier tracking number, and obtain a printable shipping label.
6. Tracking
Tracking is generated from the shipment/carrier system. A label-created event does not necessarily mean the physical package has already received its first carrier scan.
7. Shipping Charges at Checkout
Available shipping charges are displayed before payment. Rates may change if the address, package, cart, or shipment characteristics change before checkout is finalized.
8. Tax on Shipping
Sales-tax treatment of shipping can vary by jurisdiction. Stripe Tax determines the applicable tax treatment as part of the checkout calculation.
9. Delivery Estimates
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.
Weather, peak periods, holidays, network congestion, carrier disruptions, address problems, natural disasters, government action, and other events can affect delivery.
10. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once a label has been purchased or the package has entered the carrier network.
11. Address Correction and Re-Shipping Fees
Where permitted by law, additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, return-to-sender event, or requested re-shipment may be charged to the customer.
12. Lost Shipments
If tracking appears lost or stops updating for an unusual period, contact 2ZIN. We may work with EasyPost, the carrier, or an insurer to investigate an eligible loss.
13. Damaged Shipments
Keep the item, packaging, inserts, and shipping label. Take clear photographs and contact us promptly.
Carrier claim procedures may require photographs or preservation of the original packaging.
14. Carrier Claims
We may assist with eligible carrier or insurance claims, but the carrier or insurer controls its investigation and claim decision.
United States Shipping Only
2ZIN currently ships only to supported delivery addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping to addresses outside the United States at this time.
For unusual U.S. destinations or address types, shipping availability depends on whether checkout can return a supported carrier service for that address.
16. Marketplace Orders
Etsy, eBay, or another marketplace may display its own shipping commitments or policies. Marketplace transaction rules apply to orders purchased through that platform.
