2ZIN is a trade name used by VAU0 LLC for e-commerce, on-demand manufacturing, custom 3D printing, and related services.

• account information, including name, email address, account credentials, and contact information;
• billing and shipping details used for orders;
• custom-manufacturing files, models, specifications, dimensions, material selections, colors, notes, and related communications;
• reviews, contact-form submissions, customer-support correspondence, and AI-chat messages;
• marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions;
• information submitted in connection with returns, complaints, intellectual-property notices, or disputes.

We create and retain information necessary to operate a transaction, which may include products ordered, quantities, discounts, prices, taxes, shipping charges, order status, payment status, transaction identifiers, carrier information, tracking numbers, refunds, returns, and related records.

Website payments are currently processed through Stripe infrastructure. Sensitive card credentials are entered through payment-provider technology rather than intentionally stored as full card numbers and CVV values in our application database.

Stripe may receive transaction, customer, device, billing, and shipping information for payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, and related functions.

We use Stripe Tax to calculate applicable sales tax. Information used in a tax calculation may include delivery location, taxable amount, product tax classification, discounts, shipping charges, and other transaction details.

Tax records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, reporting, audit, dispute, and legal obligations.

2ZIN uses EasyPost shipping technology for carrier-rate calculations, shipment creation, postage/label purchasing, and tracking functions.

Recipient information and shipment information may be transmitted to EasyPost and the applicable physical carrier, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another service displayed or selected for the shipment.

Messages sent to Zara may be transmitted through the VibeCode service and associated AI-processing infrastructure so that a response can be generated.

Do not enter passwords, full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, confidential medical information, or other information that is unnecessary for customer support.

AI responses can be inaccurate and are not authoritative statements of law, tax, engineering, safety, or binding company commitments.

Customer files are used as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, troubleshoot, support, and document the requested project.

We do not treat a private customer upload as permission to publish or sell that file as a 2ZIN product.

We do not sell customer manufacturing files. Files may be disclosed when required by law, when technically necessary to provide the requested service, or when you direct us to do so.

2ZIN may connect its catalog or order-management systems to third-party sales and advertising channels.

• Etsy: when connected, product, listing, order, shipping, and customer information may be exchanged as required to operate the Etsy shop.
• eBay: when connected, product, listing, inventory, order, shipping, and related information may be exchanged through eBay services.
• Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping:product-feed information such as title, description, price, availability, product URL, image URL, identifiers, shipping, and return-policy information may be submitted to Google. Product feeds generally do not require us to send Google customer order data.
• Meta commerce / advertising: product catalog information may be supplied to Meta when the integration is enabled.
• Other marketplaces or commerce channels may be added later. Their own privacy policies and seller terms also apply.

Our website and infrastructure may automatically record information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, security events, server logs, shopping-cart activity, authentication state, and similar technical information.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for essential operation, preferences, analytics, security, checkout, and—where enabled—advertising or campaign measurement.

We may disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, including payment processors, tax-calculation providers, shipping technology providers, physical carriers, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics providers, security providers, AI-processing providers, and marketplace platforms.

Their processing is also governed by their own contracts, terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

Google Analytics, Google advertising technology, Meta technology, or similar services may be enabled to measure traffic, conversions, or advertising performance.

Some privacy laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the personal information. Where required, we provide consent or opt-out mechanisms.

2ZIN does not sell customer personal information or customer manufacturing files to data brokers in exchange for money.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, tax obligations, court orders, lawful government requests, enforcement of our agreements, fraud prevention, protection of users, or protection of our legal rights.

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

We retain different categories of information for different periods based on the purpose for which the information is needed.

Order, payment, accounting, tax, fraud, chargeback, and legal records may need to be retained longer than ordinary support data or temporary manufacturing files.

We avoid promising an automatic deletion date unless that deletion schedule is actually implemented in the relevant system.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted network connections where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, or opt-out of certain advertising or sharing activities.

We may verify identity and may decline or limit a request where an exemption or legal retention requirement applies.

Our services are not directed to children who are legally unable to provide the required consent. Contact us if you believe a child improperly provided personal information.

2ZIN is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries in which our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Links to Google, Etsy, eBay, Meta, carriers, payment providers, or other third parties lead to services that have their own privacy practices. 2ZIN does not control those independent policies.
