About 2ZIN

How our on-demand manufacturing model works.

What is 2ZIN?
2ZIN stands for To Zero Inventory Network. We sell ready-made 3D printed products and provide custom 3D printing services. Our goal is to manufacture products when they are needed instead of producing large quantities simply to keep them sitting in inventory.
Are your products actually 3D printed?
Yes. Products identified as 3D printed are manufactured using additive-manufacturing equipment. Depending on the product and application, different printers, materials, colors, settings, and production techniques may be used.
Do you have a 3D printing farm?
Yes. 2ZIN operates a multi-printer production setup rather than relying on a single desktop printer. This allows us to run multiple jobs and products at the same time and increase production capacity when needed.
Can you handle large or bulk orders?
Yes. We can evaluate bulk, wholesale, production-run, replacement-part, event, promotional, and repeat-order projects. Large orders are accepted subject to production capacity, material availability, required tolerances, finishing, and the requested deadline. For a large project, use our Contact page so we can review the job before you place the full order.
Can you manufacture the same part repeatedly?
Usually, yes. If you need repeat production, let us know that the project is intended for ongoing manufacturing. We can retain relevant production information as permitted by our policies and work toward consistent settings across production runs. Normal manufacturing tolerances and material variations can still occur.

Custom 3D Printing

Upload your design and have 2ZIN manufacture it.

Can you print my own 3D model?
Yes. Visit Custom 3D Printing. You can submit a supported model and provide the information needed for us to evaluate the job.
What file formats do you accept?
Our custom-printing workflow is designed for common 3D model formats including STL, 3MF, and OBJ. Additional formats may be supported depending on the project. If the website cannot process your file, contact us before converting or rebuilding it.
Do you check whether I own the copyright or design rights to every file I upload?
We do not independently research the ownership history, authorship, license chain, or intellectual property status of every customer-supplied model before accepting a manufacturing request. By submitting a file, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to manufacture from it.
What if I downloaded the model from somewhere else?
You are responsible for checking the license or other permission associated with the model. Some designs permit personal use but prohibit commercial use, redistribution, or manufacturing for another person. Submitting a file to 2ZIN does not transfer responsibility for those rights to us.
Can 2ZIN refuse to print a file?
Yes. We may refuse a project that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, technically unsuitable, prohibited by a provider or carrier, or otherwise outside the services we are willing or able to provide.
Does a successful print mean my design is safe or engineered correctly?
No. Manufacturing a customer's geometry does not constitute engineering approval, certification, testing, or a determination that the design is suitable for its intended use. Unless specifically agreed in writing, 2ZIN is not acting as your engineer, testing laboratory, or certification authority.
Is my uploaded file private?
Customer files are used for quoting, manufacturing, support, troubleshooting, and related service functions. We do not treat a private customer upload as permission to publish or sell the design. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for the detailed rules.

Products & Intellectual Property

Questions about listings, designs, ownership, and rights holders.

Does every product listed on 2ZIN belong to 2ZIN?
Not necessarily. A product listing does not by itself mean that 2ZIN claims ownership of every design, trademark, character, artwork, or other intellectual-property element that may appear in or relate to that product.
What if I believe a product on 2ZIN infringes my copyright or should not be sold?
Please tell us. Use our Contact page or, for a formal copyright claim, review our DMCA & Copyright Policy. If a properly supported complaint shows that content should be removed or disabled, we can take appropriate action, including removing or suspending a listing.
Will you remove something just because someone sends an email?
We will review good-faith reports, but a complaint should contain enough information for us to identify the material and understand the claimed rights. Formal copyright notices are handled under our DMCA process. We may temporarily restrict material while a legitimate issue is investigated.
What if a customer asks you to print an infringing file?
Customers represent that they have the necessary rights to files they submit. We generally do not perform a complete intellectual property investigation for every private manufacturing job. However, we may refuse or stop a project if we receive credible notice of infringement or otherwise determine that producing it would be inappropriate or unlawful.

Materials & Production

What we print with and what to expect from additive manufacturing.

What materials do you use?
Available materials depend on the product and project. Our production capabilities may include materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and specialty or decorative filaments. Available colors and materials can change.
Can you print flexible parts?
Yes, certain projects may be suitable for flexible materials such as TPU. Suitability depends on the geometry, wall thickness, desired flexibility, tolerances, and intended use.
Can you print in multiple colors?
Some products and custom jobs can be produced with multiple colors. Capability depends on the design, printer configuration, material, and number of color changes.
Why can two printed products look slightly different?
3D printing is a manufacturing process. Minor differences in layer appearance, surface texture, seam position, color tone, support marks, and other cosmetic details can occur between runs. These differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Can you guarantee exact tolerances?
Not unless the required tolerance has been reviewed and accepted for the specific project. If fit, dimensional accuracy, or mechanical tolerance is important, provide those requirements before production.

Pricing, Payments & Sales Tax

How order totals are calculated.

How is sales tax calculated?
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout using Stripe Tax. The result can depend on the delivery address, product taxability, discounts, shipping treatment, and jurisdictions in which 2ZIN is registered or otherwise required to collect tax.
Why is there no sales tax on my order?
2ZIN does not necessarily collect sales tax in every jurisdiction. A zero-tax checkout result does not necessarily mean that no tax obligation exists. Depending on local law, a purchaser may have a separate use-tax or reporting obligation. See our Terms.
Why can the tax rate be more than the Florida state rate?
Sales tax can include applicable state and local components. Stripe Tax calculates the amount applicable to the final checkout transaction based on the address and transaction details.
How are payments processed?
Website payments are processed using third-party payment infrastructure, currently including Stripe. Available payment methods may vary by browser, device, customer, and location.
Do you store my full credit card number?
Our storefront is designed so that sensitive card credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than being stored as a full card number and CVV in the 2ZIN application database.
Do you always have a discount code available?
No. We do not promise a permanent first-order or site-wide discount. If a promotion is active, its eligibility and terms will be displayed or supplied with that promotion.

Shipping & Delivery

Live rates, labels, carriers, tracking, and delivery.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated using shipment information such as the destination, package size, package weight, and available carrier services. Our shipping workflow uses EasyPost to obtain carrier information and rates.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on the shipment and destination, carrier services may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Not every service is available for every address, package, or order.
How is my shipping label created?
When an order is ready for fulfillment, our shipping system can create the shipment and purchase the selected carrier rate through EasyPost. The carrier supplies the tracking information associated with the shipment.
Do you offer free shipping over a certain amount?
There is currently no standing blanket free-shipping threshold. The shipping amount shown at checkout is based on the available shipment rate unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
Usually not. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Carrier delivery estimates can be affected by weather, holidays, network congestion, address problems, customs, and other circumstances outside our control. See the Shipping Policy.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us promptly. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs where relevant. We may assist with an eligible carrier or insurance claim and determine the appropriate solution under our policies and applicable law.

Returns & Problems

What happens when something is wrong with an order.

Can I return a standard product?
Eligible non-custom catalog products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return a custom print because I changed my mind?
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale because they are manufactured specifically for the customer. This does not remove remedies for covered manufacturing defects, an incorrect item, or rights provided by applicable law.
What should I do if the print is defective?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may be a repair, reprint, replacement, refund, or another resolution.

2ZIN AI Assistant

What our AI can do — and what it cannot reliably do.

Is the chat assistant a real person?
No. Zara is 2ZIN's AI shopping and support assistant. It runs through our VibeCode integration using the Luna model and is configured with 2ZIN-specific information about our store, products, services, and policies.
Did 2ZIN train the AI assistant?
Yes — 2ZIN configures and trains Zara on our own store-specific context, business instructions, product information, workflows, and policies. The underlying Luna foundation model itself was not created by 2ZIN.
Can I rely on everything the AI assistant says?
No. AI systems can misunderstand questions, use outdated context, or generate incorrect information. AI responses are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or binding on 2ZIN.
Can the AI approve a refund, promise a delivery date, or make a binding agreement for 2ZIN?
No. Unless separately confirmed through an authorized 2ZIN process, statements generated by the AI assistant do not create a contract, approve a refund, guarantee a production or delivery date, modify an order, waive a policy, or create a binding commitment.
Should I use the AI for legal, tax, engineering, or safety advice?
No. The assistant is a shopping and support convenience tool, not your lawyer, accountant, engineer, safety professional, or tax adviser.
How do I speak with a real person?
Use our Contact page or email support@2zin.com. For copyright matters, use dmca@2zin.com.
