Manufacturing Without
the Waste
The traditional make-it-and-hope-someone-buys-it model generates millions of tons of landfill waste every year. 2ZIN was built to be the antidote.
The Problem
Traditional manufacturing relies on forecasting demand — overproducing “just in case.” A significant percentage of manufactured inventory ends up in landfills, consuming resources without providing value.
This cycle contributes to environmental degradation, resource depletion, and carbon emissions from unnecessary freight.
The 2ZIN Solution
Print on demand. Every item is manufactured after it is ordered — not before. This eliminates unsold inventory, reduces storage costs, and aligns production directly with real-world demand.
The result: a leaner, cleaner manufacturing model that respects both the customer and the planet.
Our Sustainability Pillars
Four commitments that guide every decision we make.
Zero Overproduction
We print exclusively on-demand. No unsold stock, no inventory liquidation, no landfill. Every item exists because someone wanted it.
Eco-Friendly Materials
PLA is plant-based and biodegradable under industrial conditions. PETG is fully recyclable. We minimize filament waste with optimized print settings.
Minimal Packaging
Orders ship in right-sized recyclable packaging — no oversized boxes, no excessive void fill. We eliminate single-use plastic wrap wherever possible.
Local Production
Everything is printed in Florida, USA. Shorter supply chains mean lower carbon emissions compared to overseas manufacturing and transcontinental freight.
Our Commitment
We are committed to continuous improvement toward carbon neutrality. This means assessing every aspect of our operations — from printer energy consumption to shipping packaging — and making incremental improvements over time.
We're not perfect yet, but every print-on-demand order is a step in the right direction.
Join the Movement
Every purchase from 2ZIN is a vote for sustainable manufacturing. When you choose on-demand 3D printing, you're choosing a future where zero inventory leads to zero waste — and infinite possibility.
